Oman coach conference talking about Qatar match in “Gulf Cup 22” semi-final
Oman football team coach Paul Le Guen confirmed that he can’t predict the result against Qatar since now, pointing that it’s an important game, expressing his happiness to go beyond Kuwait and group stage, stressing in the same time their ability to pass tomorrow’s game

Le Guen added “maybe Oman player will be overshadowing with happiness after the big win against Kuwait, but that won’t be a barrier to keep working and their ambition to win in the next 2 matches”.

He continued “we are getting ready seriously for Qatar, and I’m sure it will be a tough game”.

And about the names will be in the squad he said “I keep it for me”.

And about Qatar team qualified without a single win and Oman luck to face them he said “Qatar team isn’t a weak team, he had tough games in his group and played well in his first match against Saudi”.

And about Oman level in the group stage he said “everyone is free to judge us, but I have my technical goals in each match and I’m satisfied with it”.

For his part, Ali Al-Habsi goal keeper and Captain of Oman team explained that they will face a very tough team in their semi-final game, pointing that they start concentration in the new tournament which started after Kuwait game.

He added “we will work more to win and reach the final and we are ready for it”.

And about shinning of some players in Oman team most probably Saeed Al Rziqi, he said “I would like to praise Saeed Al Rziqi for his high levels, Oman team has 23 players and all ready for any match and able to win, with full confidence, according to coach instructions”.
